You must agree to the following statement before you may register or before you submit a CV/Resume, a candidate profile, or other information using this recruiting web site.

If you submit any data or information, you will be giving your permission for Quiddity Services W.L.L (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") to use your information, including all personal information, as set out below.

This statement relates only to information you submit to the Company in this (recruiting) section of its web site.

Background

You must be at least 18 years of age to submit any information to the Company.

Information collected by the Company is administered by Quiddity Services W.L.L.

The Company collects and saves in a database located in the UK all of the information, including personal information, you provide to it. It uses this information to identify candidates for positions at Quiddity Services W.L.L. It may provide the information to its affiliates, including affiliates outside of Qatar and the UK, in connection with possible opportunities at those affiliates. It may also provide the information to national, local or other government agencies that have jurisdiction over matters related to employment. The Company does not provide the information it collects to other third parties unless it is required to do so by a valid court order, governmental agency order or information request, or unless it has a legitimate business purpose for doing so and the third party agrees to similar restrictions on disclosure and use of the information. If the Company employs you within any of its affiliates, it will retain this information and may use it and disclose it to others for personnel, administrative or other purposes related to your employment with Quiddity Services W.L.L.

The Company may collect and retain information on race, gender, ethnicity or other protected or special status. For example, in some countries applicable laws and regulations require the Company to request and save race, gender, and ethnicity information for future government reporting; however, such information is not reviewed in connection with consideration for employment. The Company also may collect such information for personnel and/or administrative uses. Where there are laws or regulations covering this type of information, the Company will collect, retain and use the information and data in full compliance with applicable laws.

Revising or Removing Your Information

If you think the information the Company has about you as a result of its submission through this recruiting web site is either incorrect or out-of-date, please resubmit the updated information through the Company's web site.
If you want the Company to remove the information you have provided from its database, you will need to submit your request in writing to Quiddity Services W.L.L Human Resources. The Company will remove your information from its database after it receives your request.

Security

The Company is concerned about the security of personal information in its possession; therefore, it takes reasonable precautions to safeguard and secure the information it collects from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction.

Acknowledgement

I have read, understand, and agree with the above and further acknowledge as follows:
"I hereby consent, freely, unambiguously and irrevocably, to the transfer at any time of all information and data I provide to the Company to any of the parties identified above, including any Quiddity Services W.L.L affiliate(s), wherever located, regardless of whether:

in the case of applicants from the European Union, the country where the party or affiliate(s) in question is/are located ensures or not an adequate level of protection within the meaning of Directive 95/46 of the European Union or of any related national law; or in the case of transfers from Australia, regardless of whether the recipient is subject to a law binding scheme or contract which effectively upholds principles for the fair handling of personal information that are substantially similar to those imposed by the law in Australia."

I agree that I will not sue or otherwise attempt to recover against Quiddity Services W.L.L or any Quiddity Services W.L.L  affiliates based on any alleged violation of the terms above, and I agree to hold harmless, defend and indemnify such affiliates against any such claim or suit, except to the extent that this provision is prohibited by applicable law.

If any part of this acknowledgement is found unlawful, void, or otherwise unenforceable, then that part will be deemed severed and the remaining parts will be valid.

Additional Recruiting Disclosures Associated with Submission of Candidate Information

I certify that all the information provided in this submission, together with any other information that I may provide during the course of my consideration for employment, is true and accurate to the best of my knowledge and belief and I understand and agree that:

Any information provided by me may be verified through personal or written contact in whatever manner is considered appropriate by the company, and any false or misleading statement may be sufficient cause for rejection or, if appointed, dismissal; and

The information that I have provided in this submission and any other personal data (including sensitive personal data) that I may provide during the application process or any period of employment with Quiddity Services W.L.L or affiliates  may be transferred to, held (in manual or electronic form) and used Quiddity Services W.L.L or affiliates  anywhere in the world (and/or carefully vetted third parties who may process personal data on for all purposes in connection with personnel and/or any other administrative matters including, without limitation, management planning or forecasting and I expressly consent to such processing.
I understand that any offer of employment is conditioned upon the approval of management of the Quiddity Services W.L.L organization in which employment may be offered and satisfactory reports from all references solicited.

I further agree that my employment with the company or affiliate is terminable by either party giving the other requisite notice.

I further recognize that if I am offered employment, I will be required to undergo a post-offer medical evaluation and that my offer of employment will be conditioned upon the satisfactory result of that medical evaluation. That medical evaluation will include testing for drug use and specific evaluations as required by the Qatar government and I agree to such testing.

If I am offered employment, I will be given a copy of Quiddity Services W.L.L Alcohol and Drug Use policy. I agree that, as a condition of employment, I will be required to comply with its terms. I further recognize that if I do not comply with its terms, I will be subject to discipline, up to and including termination.

I also recognize that I will be required to produce original documents specified by the Qatar government establishing my identity and authorization for employment and sign a verification stating that documents presented are genuine and related to me.
